About this course
Develop the creative, technical and transferable skills you need to thrive in your career with an accredited Computer Science degree from LTU.
We've designed the course in partnership with leading tech employers such as Sky and Infinity Works who want to hire graduates with a blend of technical and transferable skills.
You'll design and develop applications to solve real-world problems and work closely with tech companies throughout your degree.
We'll teach you everything you need to know to design, develop, test and launch new products, as well as the soft skills tech employers need for you to be part of a flexible and dynamic team.
Tech employers are involved in every aspect of the degree, from inputting into the modules you'll study, to setting some of the projects youll work on.
Youll meet them through guest lectures and work with them during the industry led events included in your degree.
You can specialise in exciting areas of computer science such as artificial intelligence, cyber security and software engineering.
You'll have the chance to graduate with an impressive portfolio and the skills employers want, as well as the connections to help kickstart your career.
Accreditation
This course is accredited by BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT on behalf of the Engineering Council for the purposes of fully meeting the academic requirement for Incorporated Engineer and partially meeting the academic requirement for a Chartered Engineer.
