This Higher National Certificate helps you gain key skills needed to start a career within the field of Digital Technologies, and on completion, consider progression to a Higher National Diploma here at Roehampton. This University course is approved by the Institute for Apprenticeship and Technical Education. Supports a fast-track entry to employment for students entering or choosing a career-change within the employment market. The course is equivalent to the first year of undergraduate study.Digital technologies are electronic tools, devices, systems, and resources which generate, store or process data. Digital technology has changed the whole world with its new innovations.You will learn about a range of digital technology specialist functions, develop your understanding of the major impact that digital technologies have on the business environment, and gain an insight into digital technology operations and the opportunities and challenges presented by a global marketplace.Plus, you’ll be taught by a friendly, committed and qualified team of lecturers who have both professional and teaching experience.


Skills

You will learn through research, independent study, directed study and workplace scenarios. By participating in vocational activities, you will develop key behaviours and transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, research and analysis.
