It enables you to specialise in physical geography, using natural science to learn about the Earths surface processes.You will explore the changes happening to our planet, either naturally or as a direct result of the actions of people around the world. These include:climate changeenvironmental degradationnatural hazardsYou will have the opportunity to learn quantitative skills, including computer modelling, mapping and data presentation using Geographical Information Systems (GIS).Demand is growing for these data skills across a range of employment sectors.You will also study aspects of human geography, as it is essential to understand our impact on the world and our ways of living within it.The programme is flexible, so you will have opportunities to build your degree around areas that you are most curious or passionate about.
