Course summary
embraces the study of the languages, literatures and cultures of Brazil, Portugal and the wider Portuguese-speaking world.Portuguese at Glasgow offers a varied programme, in which you will work in small groups with native speakers from Portugal and Brazil. The programme has long-established links with the Instituto Camões. You will have full access to our Language Resources Centre, which offers excellent audiovisual, digital and printed materials.
Latininvolves the study of the Latin language and literature, and Roman civilisation. You will have the opportunity to visit archaeological sites and museums in Italy as part of your programme.
